grarrrrr...

It's so cold I have chillblains again on my hands, I tore open one of those chillblains accidentally, that hurts.
The inside of the house is colder than what it is outside.
The electricity bill is overdue... again 8-(
The Property Manager has decided that he wants the house EXIT clean for each property inspection, that costs money, money I don't have.
I have to find the money somehow to repair the damage in Dhanica's old bedroom, beading ripped off windows, gouges in walls; Dhanica, the gift that keeps on giving even when she isn't around.
I have an exam tommorrow, I don't think I'll pass because I couldn't afford to buy the text books for it.
It's too cold to concentrate.

EXIT clean? As in, as clean as it needs to be when you leave? As in, steam cleaned carpets? WTF?

thankfully this house doesn't have any carpets, just cold cold floorboards, but they get dull and sticky, even with washing.

But everything else, yeah, the windows, the sills, the doors, the toilets, bathroom... absolutely spotless.

Exit clean? I'm pretty bloody sure they can't do that. Can't tell them to FOAD?

Good luck with the exam!

Well it depends on how literally you interpret the lease, which says it must be kept cleaned to the owners standards, and apparantly the owner has decided that the windows must be washed, the floors polished, all the cat hair removed (HAH) any stray marks are not allowed.

You should see the bloody laundry list of things that have to be done before the next inspection.

And IF we don't do it to their satisfaction then they will send in their in house cleaners and BILL me for it.
