
Which Bank, decided in its' infinite wisdom to offer me a gold credit card, which I thought was very nice of them, the interest rate is a few %lower than the current bog standard credit card, so it arrived, and it says i have to activate it, using phone bank... EEP it's been years since I have used my phone banking account, I had NO idea what my password was, sooo my only recourse was to ring them up and ask them for a new one, which also involved remembering what my trigger questions were.
We all know what it's like most times you ring up a bank, "your call is important to us' and you get placed in a mile long queue, so I was somewhat startled when i got through to a service rep immediately, and even more startled when in the course of five minutes on the phone, I got a new phonebank password, got my gold card activated, and got it linked to my netbank account, AND got wished a very sincere 'hope you have great week".
I was so impressed that I returned the wish that the customer rep have a great week, and I meant it too!!..
kudos to the Commonwealth...
