timely, as ever...

Just had a phone call from the Property Manager, seems like they finally got around to realising that my one year lease ran out last year, in fact in July last year, they wanted to know if i wanted to sign another one, I said 'yes please, can we make it a two year lease?' They're going to talk to the owners and send me out a lease to sign.

I guess this means there will be a rental inspection AND probably a rental increase as well, but I can't afford to move and rental prices are about the same all over, and finding a place that lets you have pets is downright impossible.

Ooops I did it again

Another distinction this time, and this one from the essay that the tutor had to grant all and sundry an extension for, because it was sooooooooooooooooooooo hard, humph, I got my essay in before it was due originally and it wasn't hard at all.
