The delicate sound of thunder

Remind me that I can now add cream cheese to the list of food I cannot eat with impugnity any more. Sitting here listening to my stomach make noises makes me think that any minute now an Alien is about to burst out of my gut.

It got so loud that it woke up the cat who is sleeping on my knee; she woke up looked around, identified the source of the noise, gave me such a look and curled back up again with HER PAWS OVER HER EARS!!

I shall remember that cat when you want scritchings and pettins in the middle of the night OR the warm blanket cave!
