My parents had their house up for sale at $125,000... that's $10,000 less than what it was evaluated for.... and the house down the road sold for almost $150,000... We were pissed... because our house has new roof *metal roofing*, a garage.... a new stove, a new refrigirator, new walls in every bedroom, repainted rooms, and ceilings, and new toilets....... and new washer/dryer combo...... and the stupid ass house that sold was owned by people that had like 800 animals and none of them were house-broken.. so when it was purchased they had to redo the walls, the insulation, and just about everything from the baseboard up....
