and why not

benthecube I know very little about some of the people on my friends list. Some people I know relatively well. We have something in common or we comment a lot to each other. Some of you I hardly know at all. But you friended me and I love you for it.
But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes thus-and-such."
I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this. Yes, even you people whom I know really well. Then post this in your own journal.
I have anonymous posting enabled as always, so if you don't want people to know who you are (or you want to comment and don't have an LJ account), then just go anon.

Otherwise I maintain progress in a mmorpg online, one of the rare text ones, and try to maintain good, healthy friendships.
That, and putting a ray of sunlight on even the darkest situations.

Date: 2003-12-15 01:40 am (UTC)I have exactly two creases in each of my hands. One perfectly straight line from one side to the other (I believe that it is my "heart" and "head" line in one), and a curved line from the thumb side curving down past my wrist (I belive they call it "the mount of venus"). I have never met another person with the same creases, everyone else has seperate heart and head lines. Perhaps my hands were permanent fists through my infant years?
