As a proud Tasmanian I pass on my deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Jim Bacon, ex premier of Tasmania who passed away this morning after a short battle with lung cancer. He was without a doubt the best Premier that Tasmania ever had, under his care Tasmania experiencec a massive jobs, industry and population growth.

He will be greatly missed, no matter what your political leanings
