That was the most excruciating afternoon/evening I have had in a long long time, I mean I get cramps mid cycle, but never ever like that before, I'm talking curled up, small ball, stabbing knife like jabs, repeatedly, crying from pain, whimpering in agony, only partially ameliorated by 4 neurofen plus.

I couldnt walk, stand up, or talk other than holding myself and repeatedly wanting to be dead.

roll on freaking menopause, i say.
