Periodic Property Inspection

In accordance with our repsonsibilities as managing agents for yout property, we are required to carry out a periodic inspection on behalf of the property owner.

We have scheduled a property inspection of your home on the 14th October, 2004, (snipt) If you have any maintence issues you would like to raise with us

I've been here almost 11 years and in that time, almost nothing has been done, as consequence, there are several things in dire need of repair.
