I believe any "defense due to mental defect" is a crock of shit because you don't just magically, suddenlly, become "crazy" for a few seconds. It's called "rage". You lost your temper and killed someone, get over it. Or in this case, you're a pussy-ass homophobe.

I don't see why all the gays beat the crap out of all the homophobes out there. Well, at least the violent gays. Beat the crap out of the violent homophobes. ...I suppose your philosophy is okay as long as you keep it to yourself.
