Bloody hell, talk about addictive, I've had a small headache that just wouldn't go away for a few days, today I made the connection.. I havent had a cup of tea in a few days... caffeine withdrawal.... I only have maybe 1-2 cups of tea a day normally anyway..

You know, tea has way less caffeine than coffee. I wouldn't be too fast to think it was a lack of caffeine that caused the headache.
