boodieI got a letter today, one of those letters in a plain white envelope, the kind that you just know are SERIOUS letters.. Well I opened it in trepidation, and then experienced a massive dose of deja-vu... It was from a company who shall remain nameless, but is well know to readers of my blog, as the company who did some nasty pretty underhanded scare tactics over a supposedly unpaid late fine.
According to their records, guess what I OWE them money... yes yes I owe them the massive sum of $4.09 which MUST be paid henceforth and forthwith or NASTY NASTY things will happen.
I was so fucking tempted to only pay $4.08 and see if they sent out a reminder for the remaining 1 cent.
I suppose I should be greatful that it wasn't twentyfive phone calls.
