letter today from the property managers, they're coming round tommorrow with an agent to value the house, I'm sincerely hoping that it's just because the owners are looking to refinance their mortgage with a new lender at a cheaper interest rate.. That is my firm hope and I am clinging onto it.

Though this time I still have 6 months left on my signed legal lease so they can't get rid of me, but I don't want to move again.

The agent said they were getting a refinance.. so thats one less thing to worry about.
