Meow insisted that I update my journal, I don't know why, cos I've done nothing however, in the interests of family harmony here we go.

I still feel like shit, my back still hurts and because that hurts it means I walk funny, and that means I put awkward pressure on my knee and now that hurts like shit, I have a chest cold, and to top it all off a touch of gastro..

now i KNOW you all just wanted to know that, so enjoy and dont blame me blame Meow
