Interesting Times

My landlord came by yesterday, to not only fix my tap, but to drop a few bombshells, he measured up my bathroom for the refit, and then casually mentioned that they were moving to China in about a months time, he's won a contract there to install digital tv stuff, they'll be there for around 4 years.

There was no mention of him selling the house(s) so i guess they want the income from the houses, there will be a property manager installed to look after the houses, I wonder if this means that when something goes wrong I can get it fixed immediately.
