boodieGot the new application forms for the Streets Ahead they've changed them, AGAIN, however I shall apply, I really want to own my own home.

and the bit that annoyed me muchly, you know how I wrote yesterday about hiring the skip to clean up the place, well overnight, for the first time, in the 5 or so years i've been hiring one each year, other bloody people put their rubbish in it, usually its people scavenging through the skip taking what they want, this time they put their own rubbish in.. I wouldn't mind at all if I paid a fixed price for skip, but the total price includes a tip fee based on how much the rubbish in the skip weighs.. So I'm paying to cart their rubbish away... arseholes.
