Daaaaammnnn that's awesome! It looks so realistic and textured! Perhaps the only comment remotely useful I can offer (instead of KOOL KTHXBYE!) is that her breasts seem a little fake and 'stuck-on'. I'm really impressed, however, at the little details such as the belly button and depression up her torso, and the vagina. Very well done :)
