Just had the plumber here again, ANOTHER sunday visit, another $150 call out fee.. this time the pipe in the backyard blocked and all the water and waste from the toilet was spewing out from the drain in the backyard... very very smelly and yucky... he unblocked the pipe, said that the pipes all need replacing, yep like THATS gonna happen.

Hehehe... that's why you go spend $10 on a Plumber's Snake. Hehehe.

$150 to unclog a pipe? Jesus, these people must be desperate.

And don't worry. If you need to get your pipes replaced, since it's the CITY's pipes, and your tax dollars go towards city maintenance, then you won't have to pay for it... not directly anyway. =)

if iut was my house and i had to pay the bills, maybe, but since the landlord has to pay, he can.. and the pipes are in the yard boundary, owners problem.
