Might not want to go so far as to banning them outright, Boodie-luf... just pay very careful attention as to what kind of spam-opolis websites she's surfing.
There's one website I've heard of that's very reputable in giving you the download, the whole download, and nothing but the download. I've been there a few times myself, when I was something along the lines of 10 or 11, and I ended up frequenting it a lot. I'll have to dig through my memory, histories, and Yahoo searches to find it for ya, though, as I can't remember for the life of me what it was called.
