boodieWell the rental inspection has been and gone, he took pictures of the as yet unfinished bathroom, particulalrly the bodgy paintwork, he took a picture of the toilet, as the cistern needs replacing, I told him about the light switch that doesnt switch off, the heater that needs a service and he went in the DUN DUN DUN cellar (brave man) and took a look at the hot water cylinder, and will send someone round to look at it.

For once there was no complaint about the state of the yard, or the length of the grass.
Now I wait and see if the rent goes up.
Everyone cross fingers for me that it wont, cos quite frankly I'm stretched to the limit as it is, and even an extra $10 a week will stuff me.
There was something else I was going to say, but I can't remember what it was, I'm somewhat confused about quite a few things at the moment, and I'm beginning to think I need a break.
