Well today just got better and better, NOT.

First of all there was NO hot water, Dhanica had one of her marathon showers and used it all.. AGAIN.

Then I got a phone call from the real estate agents, the house is on the market, asking price..

Offers OVER $150,000

Where I live, that would just about get you a one room, broken down shack the size of an outhouse. And it would probably smell like one, too. Plus it would be about
$100k more than that.

hehe, our house prices arent quite that bad yet, but the simple fact that five years this house was on the market at $65k and failed to sell should tell you something.

its ridiculously overpriced, considering there hasn't been any maintenance done on the place in almost 14 years, you're looking at another $30-50k to fix all the problems, and thats just the ones I know about.

So, housing prices over there have been Californicated, too, eh? Sheesh. Our daughter and her husband and son are living in a double-wide mobile home, and paying 100K for the privilege.
