I'm not sure what do say. Is there anyone nearby you'll be able to crash with at least? Have you asked about any sort of government benefit/housing? Is there a citizens advice beurau in Taz? Have you tried selling all that mystery-porn (hey, it might end up good for something afterall!)?
I gotta admit, it sounds like you're in a real SHTF situation. At least you have forwarning though. Start by tallying up what resources you have to hand are. IIRC, you have a car, right? Is it in a servicable condition, or can it be made so? It's transport, and if worst comes to worst, emergency shelter. Do you have mobile communications? If not, you probably know someone who has an old mobile phone laying about that they don't use anymore. Even if you're not going to be able to stay there, try and find someone trustworthy who you can have your mail redirected to. If you have nowhere to stay, then the furniture and fittings will not be of any use to you anymore. I know that sounds harsh. Look into what a house-clearence place might give you for things too big to take. Second-hand computers beyond a year or two old, sell for such a tiny amount though they're not worth selling compared to how much use they prove as a communication tool. Put a plea out on any local social networks you have for temporary housing, information or resources.
*hugs tight* This is not going to be pleasent hon, but most of the time life's just about making the best of a bad situation.
Also, it's a bit of a longshot, but you could put up an item request on one of the Tasmanian Freecycle groups? Like for an old laptop with wifi, or an old mobile phone? Hell, maybe a caravan? It can't hurt to try.
I hope none of this comes across as cold. I try to help with the material situations first.

First time "look see" on "other" LJ people for quite a while.
dammit >.<
