Dear arsehole friend of next door neighbour, one or two bips on your horn when you arrive to pick him up is entirely acceptable, bipping on your horn for 10 seconds every minute that he is running late is NOT acceptable, you pick him up every single working day and have done so for the last 6-8 months and will probably continue to do so until he gets his licence back (and on a side note maybe then his wife will finally stop bringing up it every time they have a slanging match because she has to drive him to work on the weekends).

But back to your apalling lack of manners at 7.30am, unless he is a complete arsehole, like you; he knows you're out there and waiting for him, and is probably doing his level best to hurry up and get out to the car. You leaning on your horn every minute won't make him move faster.


And in other news the packing boxes arrived today 8-(

People do that here and my apartment has a window right on the side of the road, like clockwork, in the morning and at 5 pm.

I have come very close on multiple occasions to grabbing $40, walking out the door, and telling them to buy a prepaid cellphone.
