my new pet grammar/english hate is..
May. 3rd, 2008 02:19 amPeople who use the word 'drug' as a past tense of the word drag, as in
'I drug myself out of bed and went to work'
The word is dragged, not 'drug' or even 'droge' as I have seen.
I have to restrain myself from smacking people around the head with a copy of Strunk and White.
