I think I may be coming down with something. I feel rather funny, I'm getting a warm rush, that feels rather pleasant when it happens, but after that I feel vaguely nauseous, and then that goes and then the warm rush comes again, it's all rather disconcerting.

No, I know what a hot flush feels like, this was actually more pleasant than a hot flush, just the after effects were horrible, seems to be gone now, after a fairly decent sleep.
