Some days it doesn't pay to get up.

Right now I am so disappointed that I just want to curl up in a little ball and cry.

You know how I said we were selling the car because we couldn't afford to pay for rego; well after being on the market for over a week I finally got someone who wanted it.

They were coming over tomorrow to pay for it, well this morning Paul went out to start it up and move it and something went "sproing clunk" when he put the handbrake on.

So now I have to ring them tonight and tell them what's happened, just when I thought that something nice might happen for me; something that would allow me to get a little ahead, have some money to put towards next months winter electricity bill, it gets taken away.

This is why I don't usually count my chickens before they're hatched.

And to top it all off it looks like one of my uni classes will be suspended because it's three weeks in and the tutors/lecturers still haven't produced a course outline/timetable.

And it's too late to change to another subject, that option closed yesterday.

Some days it doesn't pay to get out of bed.

Common consensus says that the handbrake cable has snapped, which is not really THAT big a deal according to my father, so we shall see what happens.
