It's from a one of those taiwan (I think) gameshows, which people use props to imitate, spoof, or perform an object(s) or activity(s)... E.g. you could see someone(s) 'change' between various creatures (using the same props) or the Mona Lisa change into various different other pictures. IIRC, score is out of 15 and based on creativity (what you are doing/performing), innovation(props used, and creativity in using them), and humour.
