well i dont think the bathroom impressed him, which BTW looks even worse now, than that pic.. i dont think he was impressed by the massive hole in the ceiling 8-)

i have the worlds quickest showers, not just because the bathroom is dire, but because with two teenage daughters, hot water is in short supply a lot of the time 8-)

I should take an updated one, with better colour so you can see the deep virulent green of the mould that wont die, and the puce of the fungi that grows in the cracks of tje tiles.
