These are copies of the pictures I shall be sending of to the PM along with my letter requesting that something be done about the bathroom asap, I will follow that up with phone calls, and more letters and if that fails, then I guess I'm really stuffed.

Will the Ministry of Health do anything? Could you send pictures to them and tell them that he's raising your rent without fixing any of this? Or request an inspection. It might be worth a shot.

I don't know about there; but here in CA, USA; there are major lawsuits going on about the mold growth. It is an extreme health hazard; esp if you have allergies or asthma. An aquaintance of mine won a major court case against an property owner/manager because of the effect the mold had on her kids health.

non of us have allergies or asthma, actually there isnt mold there now, its just the green left behind by the mold, which has soaked into the walls.

No, they promised me a NEW bathroom, ie rip out the bathtub and replace it with a walk in shower, but that was over a month ago and nothing has happened.

give us yoru landlords mailing address and put up a form letter for us to fill in, sign and what not, wiht copy sof these pics saying that as a group of your freinds, if the situation isnt resloved *IN YOU RBENIFIT* ASAP as a group we shall pester ever Australian news program, magazine and such..

geting a gross of letters in the mail, might get his but moving..
