I think Angelina Jolie is the most gorgeous woman on the face of the planet, and I have an extensive collection of pictures of her, but I have never seen one like this.

Call me skeptical, but it's hard to believe he gets that much detail onto an A4 sheet of paper, espcially using cotton buds.

It is quite certainly not photographic though, you can find areas with errors or insufficient detail (as compared to the rest of the image). I would like to assume that he also used a kneadable eraser, considering he's using some rarely used pencil shades, but it isn't mentioned.
