That puts a theory I've had about the intelligence of youth and adults into a better mode.
I see it at work often where the toddlers seem to be more intelligent, often frequently, than their parents - and my reason I believed was also that rules become rigid, and unbending, and the concept of free-roaming thought is lost - as well as innovation and/or thoughtfulness.
