I honestly dont think we in Australia, realised just how popular Steve was in the rest of the world.. some of these are really sad..

Someone in my WoW raid guild was nearly ousted because of him making a comment that wasn't entirely sympathetic during a raid. He wasn't being mean either, just factual, but either way he was nearly kicked.

There are people here in the States that have taken it very seriously.
