these going to bed early-while-i'm-sick is supposed to be good for me, but why am I wide awake again after only barely ninety minutes sleep, and why am I watching a disaster movie.. i guess it might cheer me up a bit..

i think sleep will elude me for a few more hours.

btw.. orange and mango liquid centre Soothers for the win... heaven on a sore throat.
