Well that's that I guess, had a phone call just then from ANOTHER real estate agent, he's coming to appraise the house on tuesday, only now I can afford to move even less than I could when they first talked about it in February, and there goes my plan.

Now I'm really stuffed if they want me out.

I once found out the house in which I was living was on the market because a realtor with three clients walked in on me and the SO while we were in the throes of passion on the livingroom couch.

They were shocked to see us wearing each other to hide our nudity. Backed away slowly with mutters of "we didn't know people lived here."

Uh huh. The two cars in the driveway, the blaring of Starship Troopers (our first DVD), the dog running around the yard, and the big-ass iguana in a cage clearly seen in the laundry room from the front door through which they barged were not enough of an indication that people lived there? Dumbasses.

Renting, i've been living here for almost fourteen years, longest time i've ever lived in one place, barring where i grew up.

My landlords currently live and work in china, he's an electrical contractor, taking advantage of Chinas' need for qualified people to get the olympics up and running. I guess owning several houses over here is just added distractions they don't need, so they're selling.
