Wow ! I bet you have a broadband modem now and the dial up modem has probably been sold on EBay. I tried EBay for the first time about a week ago and I was the higest bidder to within 10 seconds of the end of auction and then suddenly a message appeared that told me I had been outbit !

You have a nice back yard as well. Hell all I have is cracked concrete and a Hill's Hoist (that I never use) BUT I don't have a mortgage and don't have to pay rent.

I always thought that when I turned about the age I am now I'd head down to Tasmania as when I visited a long time ago I thought "this is a nice place" but then I think "cold" and "big electricity bills" and "lack of jobs" (not that I've been working and have resorted to the dole.)

One day I'll understand computers, real-estate and investment.

actually the modem is in the cupboard, it's there as backup always have a backup handy, and yes we have broadband. Ahh ebay, sounds like you were got by one of the sniping programs, people who use them are bastards.

Cold yes, electricity isnt as cheap as it used to be, but it's still somewhats cheaper than gas, and actually the job thing is pretty good if you have skills.

I wouldnt mind buying this place if i got the chance, thats true.
