nearly spring breeze, makes me feel fine

You know what I just realised what I missed a great deal when we were living in the other house, the ability to open windows, I just got so used to always having the front door open to let some air into the house because hardly any of the windows opened, or once opened proved impossible to shut.

I fell back into the same pattern here, front and back doors open to create a nice breezeway, and then I looked at my bedroom window to see if it actually opened.. AND IT DOES.

For the first time in almost ten years I am sleeping in a bedroom with an open window, it's a sash window so it lifts upwards and its not opened wide enough for any of the cats to fit through.. and it's wonderful.

FRESH AIR while I sleep.. I shall sleep better I know I will.

The last week has been brilliant, high teens, low twenties.. today, today however it's freezing and raining 8-)
