This is so so so sad, this house is just up the road from my old place, the old couple who used to live there would be rolling in their graves, they kept this place in such sparkling order, he died about five years ago, she fell and broke her hip and her family shipped her off to a nursing home, she died not long after that.

The family made a bad decision in who they rented the house out to, the police were there all the time, there were guns and fighting, violence, it was rumored that the inhabitants were responsible for the increase in car/house burglaries in the immediate area, they trashed the house and in the end I think the family had to resort to the law to get them to leave..

Now look at the place, such a proud old lady, desecrated like that, I wish I had the money to buy her and do her up like she should be, restore her to her former glory, give the old couples' spirits some peace.

It doesn't look like it'd take a lot to fix up, although possibly just enough to put it below "someone who wants to buy a house" , but above "wants a cheapish house they can fixor up".

the hard part would be to convert it back from being two seperate sections into one again.. unblocking walls, and doors, that did a lot of damage.
