Right, i am feeling like a total doofus here, I blithely opened up ImageReady, intending to make a few animated icons and it seems that I have forgotten entirely how to do it, my google-fu has also deserted me, and none of the tutes i found make any fucking sense at all.

Sooo does anyone have an easy to understand tute on how to make animated icons in imageready. If it helps it's five seperate images that I want to use..

I know it's a reasonably simple process and I only did it a few months ago, but the how-to has dripped entirely from my brain.

you have to import them in a batch I believe if you're going for a gif.

Here's how I do it... make each frame a layer, then go to the little window down the bottom with your animation frames in it (when you start there's only one frame there), and in the options of that window choose "make frames from layers", and bam! Then, go File - Save Optimised.

I just did that to make this, which I plan to post at this jerk I know...
