I'm knackered

Had a wonderful afternoon, lovely BBQ for my sisters 40th, pondered my fathers stranger than usual behaviour, drank too many glass of wine, unfortunately it went down hill from then on, spent the evening at the after-hours-medical clinic, getting x-rays of Dhanicas' wrist, she tried to shut a door with it and it was all swollen and bruised, first thought was that she'd broke it, thankfully no, just very very badly sprained, to match the ankle she did on tuesday.

Aha!! This sounds incredibly familiar!

Kids are very strange things - they seem to have a knack of making special moments turn to shit. 8)

I had the horrible thought that i'd have to spend hours and hours at the emergency dept of the Royal, waiting to be seen, then I rememberd that the After hours clinic does x-rays and stuff, so we went there instead, and it only took just under 2 hours, including x-rays..
