Glass in window replaced, only one, but it's a start..
I felt sorry for the glazier, apparantly the putty in the window was the ORIGINAL from when the house was built, and instead of just crumbling away, it had turned into something resembling concrete, which had to be chipped away bit by bit, it took him almost an hour just to remove the putty.
