Bushfires, sirens, wind

Bushfires in our general vicinity, parts of Glenorchy are under threat, one house has been lost already, theres a bloody horrible wind, if it's arson they should string the perpertrator up by his balls, tie him to a tree and then set a fire going around him.

shes very rarely are bushfire arsonists, can't think of a case in Oz in my recent memory, however, the same applies, barring the balls.
