The nice thing about watching cricket on TV is that you get to see what's happening and there's also commentary in case one should miss what is happening. The ball is too fast and too small and unless it hits one in the face it's almost impossible to see where it went. I'm in favour of fluorescent cricket balls for the benefit of the vision impaired.

On the few occasions I've attended cricket matches I have found it almost impossible to trace where the ball ended up and on one occasion took a radio with me to help me understand what was taking place ( I noted others did the same thing ).

Being pelted with drink cans while on "The Hill" at Sydney cricket ground isn't my idea of fun. Neither does one get a refund if it rains.

No cricket playing nation (to my knowledge) has ever gone to war with any other cricket playing nation (with the exception of India and Pakistan) but I bend the truth a little when it comes to cricket.

It's a pity that Bangladesh are "all out" for 97. (pommie bastard supports non Australian teams) :-)
