Happy Anniversary to me..

It's been 10 years since I moved into this dump I lovingly call home, this is the longest I have lived in one place, bar when I was growing up..

10 years of paying rent.

I could have paid for this house in that time, since the last time it was up for sale it failed to sell at $62,000

I am so going to live like abum on the street in NewYork, or wherever conventions are being held, I'll walk to the city, and camp out in the streets during the con. and then go somewhere else.... I'll be famous... *.* o/` Bright lights, big city.....o/`
I'm going to live on the streets, and what money I do make, I'll save until I can afford me a really REALLY nice car. Then I'll drive THAT to the cons. :D

Ten Years really? wow. But had you bought the place, youd have been stuck there with no choice, and Im ceratin youd have gotten sick of it. The cost if interest alone would have extended the payment a few more years, and if you go to sell it, its worth less than 62k due to depriciation. Plus youd have had to fix all that stuff that broke.. and if you had a fire or something, it would be your house that burned, rather than theirs.

Thought that is a lot of rent to have paid over the years.

cant afford to move anywhere else, no one will give me a home loan, so I'm stuck anyway 8-)
